We open our blog with our pairings and wines recommended by our Mobile Application, reference countless times by industry experts, different mass media and magazines of great weight.

On the day we want to recommend a dish well known to all, "The seafood paella", ideal to pair with wines whose varietal of greater weight is the Garnacha Blanca, This being a white grape from the Mediterranean area with aromas of Dill, Green Apple and Peach; and whose main growing area is Catalonia and the South of France.

To accompany this exquisite dish, we decided on three white aged wines.

1. Rita, of Domènech Vineyards and D.O.. Montsant.
Varietales: Garnacha Blanca 60%, Macabeo.

2. Eat High, from Finca Mas d'en Gil and D.O. Priorat
Varietales: Garnacha blanca.

3. Blanc wrong, de Vinyes d’Olivardots y D.O. Emporda
Varietales: Garnacha blanca 50%, Pink garnacha 30% and white Carignan 20%.

Remember, that to better enjoy the wine it should be served between 10º and 12º C. At lower temperatures complex oak aromas will be lost.

Good pairing.
